Keeping Track

Hey all. I was wondering how all of you keep track of your months. Do you go by every 30 or 31 days, or do you say, OK, I stopped on the 1st, so the 1st is 1 month, 2 months, etc. The last makes sense to me, but I am getting close to that point and wanted to know for sure. It is day 23 right now. Thanks for the input.

i quit for good on dec 6 so i just count each 6th of the month as another month clean.  I HAD TO QUIT COUNTING DAYS...IT REMINDED ME TOO MUCH OF COUNTIN PILLS LOL  you are doing great confused...keep it up....one month for me was really huge!!!

OK, so Clamity is getting a big cake in December sometime....LMAO...and I will have 1 month on March 18th since Feb. 18th was day 1 of no pills? That is a good birthday gift to myself, although b-day is the 23rd, but I will celebrate early!!

That's funny that you ask. Toxictome and I are on the same day and we use the day itself. We had a long discussion about how to calculate it and what day to use and that is what we came up with.

I keep track because it was Feb 1st the day they finally took me to court for my DUI and put me on a years probation.  Mark it on your calendar that will help.  HUGZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ thanks for being part of the forum and part of my life

Geez I quit on Black Friday but then I used about 2 weeks after that and now I have no idea of my date. I guess its probally early dec. One day at a time.
I would like a big cake for my 1 year though :)

the first month i counted 28 days i think, lol. i just wanted that month in there. but now i just go by my quit date. november 11th, which is rememberance day here in canada. my date is easy to rememember, i'll never forget, lol.
