Klonipin Question....

I am on day 4 of c/t off of norco, but sometime I need to get off of Klonipin (klonopin).  I know I can't stop c/t, and my Dr. gives them to me even when I don't need more.  I only take a maximum of 1.5 mg per day, sometimes not even that much.  Wht type of taper plan am I looking at?  My Dr. doesn't seem to ever want me to stop.  He has never mentioned to consult with him to stop using them.  I konw I can't just quit, so how would a good taper be as I'm not sure my Dr. will give me one.

A little over a year.  I used to take it to help me come down from my coke habit so I could sleep.  Mixed Ambien and Benadryl too.  Everyday.  Along with a few vics.  Then I quit the coke, no desire for it at all, Quit the Ambien and tapered and cut back my Klonipin (klonopin) from 3mg a day to the 1 or 1.5 mg a day.  Now it helps with general anxiety and norco cravings, but I don'twant to be on it forever.
