Kratom Addiction

Don't know how many of you have ever heard of this herb. I ask about this in the doctors section and one of the doctors responded that this is not addictive and it's withdrawls are not bad. I tend to disagree, the insomnia is horrible. What can help this

Thanks

I have never used kratom but have read on the net that the withdrawals are like mild opiate withdrawals which I'm sure is still very uncomfortable. What is usually recommended for insomnia is melatonin. You can find them in the vitamin and supplement section at just about any pharmacy or health store.

I'm not sure if kratom is the same but during opiate withdrawals nothing really helped the insomnia except for time. It took me a good 10 days before I was getting 4 to 5 hours of sleep and a good 3-4 weeks before my sleep was back to normal.

How long has it been since you stopped using kratom?
