Morning chrosty!

I had a good day yesterday too without the pills.  Amazing feeling!  I did not even have to take a Xanax to calm my mind.  We went to see the Custer reenactment - ok so that was a little boring but some parts gave me chills.  Time with my family was the most important part anyway!  My teenage stepson was acting like a teenager though - argh!!  At least I was able to handle him on my own!  lol  No pills!  And let me tell you that is no small foot - he is 6'3 now and full of attitude!  His dad is kind of the softy - so my stepson and I butt heads.  I love him to death but teenagers - man! lol

Yeah, kids.  Lifes reminder of what life is really all about.  I teach and I have 3 of my own so seems like I've been surrounded by kids forever.  I also have a 9 yr old grandaughter.   Chrosty, I could feel exactly what you were saying and it made me remember days when mine were little.  Those are such priceless times to savor.  I know its cliche but they do grow us so fast.  Sweet little happy faces with smiles and eyes of innocence.

Shelby I have two teen boys 14 and 18 so I can also feel what you are saying and yeah aggggghhh!  My 14 yr old was so moody yesterday.  I sat wondering if this is what my ex was talking about when I would PMS as I waited and checked his facial expression every time he would emerge from his bedroom.

My daughter is 27 and contemplating leaving her boyfriend of 5 years.  She was eyeing my spare bedroom yesterday and thats got me a little nervous.

Blessings

Exactly and no matter what you do they are not happy!  My husband and I thought taking him to see some "history" would be good for him - thought he would enjoy it but nooooo.  Spent most of the show talking to his girlfriend on the cell phone.  When he was not doing that he was complaining.  Just want to pull my hair our sometimes.  I know it is not his fault though - hormones are a b***h!  I remember being that age and I was no angel.  My mom used to say that all teenagers should go to camp for four years and come back when they are done growing - poor thing - she rised 4 kids! lol

I hope you are having a wonderful day tzt!

Blessings to you!
