L-Tyrosine / Energy

I needed energy so I made myself go to the store & get L-tyrosine with the vitamin B6. I guess I was wishing it would be a miracle pill ( I know there's no thing). I felt a little "surge", but nothing that made me get up & move around. More alert feeling. I have to work tomorrow, stressful job & I take my toddler with me. Any ideas for energy? Please!!!

I'd try a five hour energy shot, they work pretty good, just make sure you eat something with it!  good luck

Day 3 and your major issue is energy? Wow you r doing good. Most people are still "sick as a dog" on day 3.  Lets see maybe trying sublingual vitamin b12. but unfortunatly those things take a week or more to feel an effect just like with any vitamin. Maybe try an energy drink if you are just trying to get through the day? What helps me is Excedrin Tension. In the morning I am dragging with a sore lower back and  no energy and I pop two of those they help. It has tylenol and caffeine.  I cannot take any nsaids due to stomach issues so thats my only option....I hope you feel better. Oh and overall getting up and moving and exercise helps a lot. I know it sounds like bull (and trust me I hate any form of exercise) but I feel better when I go wallkking or do yoga. More energy!
