L-Tyrosine Question

by CatGoddess, Jan 04, 2008 09:23PM
I started taking the L-Tyrosine yesterday and I definately think it is helping, but how much should I be taking and is this something that I can or should take long term?  I'm a big believer in supplements...

The Thomas recipe explains several supplements. You can find it re-posted in my journals. You can take it long term. 5HTP and SamE 400mg helps too.

I'm not sure about that one but it is nice to see your mood changed to "Rested and Happy" I think that is the best mood I have seen you have since you started this process. Best to you and yours.
