L-Tyrosine

Ive just begun taking this 2 days ago.  However, It doesnt seem to do anything.  Im on day 11/12 and still feel like putting a gun to my head (not literally obviously) at times.  I took 1500 MG thinking that would do the trick but it really hasnt.  Is this something that takes a few days to kick in?  Does this work/not work for anyone else here?  Also...I noticed it says take on an empty stomach (which I did) ...so does that mean I shouldnt take it later in the day?

i was told to take  it with vitamin b-6 for absorption, and yes, on an empty stomach., then a wide spectrum mineral supplement an hour after with food,  i personally have had good results with this. i was also told u can take up to 4000mg per day, but i stick w/2000mg

I never had any luck with any of that Thomas Recipe tried it for over 2 weeks. I was expecting a miracle and it didn't do it for me. Just had to suffer through. You have to give this WDs time there is not perfect fix for it. Sorry to be so blunt. Hang in there

2000mg. first thing in the morning on an empty stomach...that is the usual dose.  This is not sonething that you get instantanious relief from...it must build up in your body to do some good.
Please do not give up...stay strong.
There are many natural remedies that will provide relief.
