Last 1/2 pill Fladdict/Beach

by azaddiction, Sep 28, 2007 08:19AM
Ok so I only have 1/2 vic left it's Friday and I have a full day of work ahead of me, any suggetions?  I am haveing some anxiety and of course I'm afraid.  I have all kinds of energy vit's as well as klonipin, clonidine, l-thyrosone, b12, most everything from all lists.  What would be the best for me today to make it through work, for the cravings and anxiety, also need the energy.

And bt I will look into N/A, I realize I also need someone to talk to in person.  I just think I will wait to see what happens with my w/d's.

Believe it or not your not the only addict in the world......lol
The first time I walked into a N/A meeting I was so apprehensive and as I looked
around I thought I don't belong here I'm not like these nut jobs.........
As I turned to leave someone came up and introduced there selve to me and said please
come and join us.......
He went out of his way for me and I joined the meeting and as I talked to a few people I
started to feel better being threre......
As I listened to others speak and share so many of there experiences were exactly like
mine......
the next time I went a few more people came up to me and said hello and then a few more
the meeting was well organized..
there was no pressure on me at all and now that N/A meeting is my homegroup.....
Just give it a try and if that meeting is uncomfortable maybe its to old of a crowd or to
young.......or you just don't feel good there  try another one but while your at that first meeting
there is an infomation table with all kinds of literature which includes an N/A meeting and schedule
book that is free so you can do some research and find another meeting hell they even list gay meetings if that is your bag.......give it a try and remember bad things can happen to some really good people and you just might make some friends.........

good luck to ya

Goodluck girl. You know you can do it. I took 4 of those Ltyrosines at as soon as I wake up and they seem to give some energy. the clonodine may make you sleeping (it didnt me) so be careful if you take it at work or need to drive.
Keep your head up make it through today and then veg out for the weekend!!

Its Fri, you will have two FULL days to w/d without the stress of work. I am on day 13 and had to work through the whole thing. It is so hard. Take the last 1/2, go to work, try and keep busy as it will take your mind off of w.d. If you can bring a heating pad to work for comfort for your back, do so. It worked for me. Bring advil or Ibup. Vitamins....drink lots of water. Remember that later today you can get some rest. And take a break over the weekend. It will be tough, but if you want it bad enough, you will do it. And NEVER have to do it again....

Luck to ya...Lisa
