Late Night Check In

In two hours it will be 9 days til my wedding. I need this to be over. The stress is physically affecting me. My stomach has been upset, feel light a weight is on my chest, headaches, neck and shoulder muscles are hard as a rock and my left eye is twiching like crazy. The last time I was this stressed I was leaving a man that wasn't good for me.. Now I am getting one that is good for me forever. He is out tonight doing the bachlor party thing.
I have made attempts to taper down more from the three pills a day I have been at. At night I always end up taking the other dose I was trying to cut out. I am trying to take everyone heres advice and just wait but its hard when you want to be off these things. I am still deciding to go to a sub doc as well. I took off a long weeked in june so i am either going on sub for a 4-5 day taper or I am just straight up quitting. I will decide after the wedding. I am gonna make the appt with the sub doc anyway I can always cancel if I change my mind and decide to go CT after tapering myself.
I feel awful so I won't be around late tonight.. hope everyone is having a good night.

just dont put too much pressure on yourself (too late lol).  Just take some time for you......relax a bit and try and enjoy.  It all just flies by and then ur left w/ this video full of drunk relatives LOL LOL.  Really though, deep breaths, girl, you  know the drill.............go and rest and take a long look over whats good in your life.  Man, what a list.  Your a great one, Fladdict, and that's rare!!

I see that you are thinking of going on suboxone. I toyed with it for a long time. I went into a detox in October and told them not to put me on suboxone. I was worried about just going on another pill. So I checked out and stayed clean for 4 mos and then started taking percocets. I knew I had to get off. But I also knew something in my brain would have to change so I wouldn't be cracing all the time and fail. And w/d's suck. Even on traditional meds they aren't the best and I felt so sleepy on them.

Suboxone isn't like that. I took my last percocets at like 7am on tuesday and went to my appt to talk about going on suboxone. He gave me my first dose there. I have a 20min drive back to work and by the time I got back to work I was feeling pretty damn goo and still am.

Suboxone is a personal choice but if you chose it I say why wait til after the wedding. Because if you can get on them that day you will feel normal and happy like you should be on your wedding day. If you are in w/d's you will be miserable.

I don't know where you live but I found a doc and saw him the next day. They changed the patient limit from 30 to 100.

I just really hope you have the most amazing abd beautiful wedding and that it truly gets to be your day.

I got married 3 yrs ago and my addiction was just starting so I didn't use on that day or for our honeymoon and I was fine. But my addiction just started. When we got back my addiction was in full force. I used Norco's every day for 3 yrs. I would get 120 and they would last about 10 dayS.

My last trip I was taking about 24 percs a day. I knew it was time cause it wouldn't be long and I would be up to 30 and so on.
