Lay it on me

Lay it on me

On day 4 of vike WD. And my rls has stopped and Ive been able to get a few hours of sleep every nite but I still feel like.....doing nothing at all...and i still feel pretty crappy. Ive gone thru WD before but it usually got better by the third day so my question is worst case scenario how long will this last? Im determined to kick the habbit for good this time sooo yeah. Help? Well, i know that the only thing that helped me was forcing myself to get off my rear and do something, anything.  Doing something is going to get your mind off of it and getting your heart rate up will definetly help heal your body.  Also, make sure you take some good vitamins.  SOme people on the site have said great things about the amino acids in the health pages.

Good luck and keep going.

Time will be your friend now.  I know it is frustrating but its the facts.  The more you force yourself to get up and move the quicker you will feel better.  Are you getting any type of aftercare?

Off . Today is my fifth day ct n I wasn't doing so great this mornin lots of rls still. But my husband went back to work today. And i was determined for me n my daughter have a good day. We went to the pool for three hours n got a pedicure. This morning I tell u I really just wanted to cave n yea I still feel the urge really bad sometimes to take juast one. But I won't not only for me but my beautiful daughter and caring husband.Today has really been the first day I have done anything and honestly while swimming that's one time in a long *** time I wasn't thinkn of those evil pills maybe I am starting to c the light. Sorry for such a long post its a Hell of a ride but its going to be worth it.

Aftercare is something like NA or seeing an addictions counsellor and it makes a big difference. I jumped before from high oxy usage and got no aftercare. I didn't last long. Next thing I knew I was back using. Getting some kind of aftercare I believe will increase your chances of staying clean. You might want to look into it now.

Thanks for the healing vibes there! Lol. And ithurts thanks for all the helpful posts. Day 5. Still not feeling so hot but a little better. Everyday is a pinch better than the last and sadly this is the longest ive stayed away from the pills so while i feel like total crap i am proud of myself. And last night i actually got a full nights sleep. But since i havent had that in a while it felt like to much! Lol
