Let's Give Some Support

I feel that a great friend of ours on the forum needs some support and I wanted to post this so we could all come together and give some support and encouragement.  

The person has been tapering from benzo's since May 1st, 2008 and is 90% down but it seems that with everything that is going on in their personal life, they have no motivation to lower down and go thru he!! again.  It's tough, but being down 90% already, we all know that this person can and will continue to do this.  It will be worth it in the end and I know without a doubt this person can do it, all they need is some encouragement and that is what we are here for.

I too would like too offer my support :) You can do this !! You have come very far.. You have showed strength and determination in your taper and you should be Proud of yourself.. Also you have learned coping skills in this time:) That proverbial first step... is the hardest.. but when all is said and done.. what a feat !! You no longer fear the unknown... Anyone that can taper to 90% over almost a year can go all the way when they wish .... it may not be as easy as we would like  - - and maybe the lower you go the harder it gets .. but it is never impossible!!  Best of luck - - -

It's so hard taking that next step, but going through that hell is what most of us had to do for awhile. It's scary and we can always find reasons to not move forward, but don't let that fear hold you back from being free, your 90% of the way there now. Pretty sure I know who this is and your always helping and giving support to others, so be selfish right now and do this for you and we will give you all the support we can. There is never an easy way to get clean, but the reward is a life worth living, freedom and it makes us stronger than we ever were. You can do this girl, i believe in you:)
