Long-term use morphine and oxycodone

I was on narcotics over 10 years for pain and went off them 4 years ago however I have not been the same since are there any long-term symptoms of withdrawals I'm not the same as I used to be before I started taking them

Im on day 13(3 yrs heroin, 3-4 yrs on methadone) and im deadly terriffied of developing PAWS because of how long i was using opiates. I dont know if it lasts 4 years but there might be some underlying problems that re-manifested once you quit. Id wait for someone more qualified.
