Lortabs have a hold of me and I need help!!!!!!!!

I just need someone to talk to right now. I have a problem with lortabs. Tried to stop so many times. Even considering moving away from here to get away. Just spent 4 days at my dad's to be away from where I am and now that I'm back I want a tab so bad I can't think of anything else.

How long have you been hooked?
How much do you take?

I've been taking them for almost 2 years now. I take anywhere between 4-7 a day depending on how many i have, if i can get more the next day, what time i get up and what time i go to sleep. I take the lortab 10s, the green ones or blue ones.
