Lumber pain

I have Lumber pain for long time. I am now 41years old. 20years back I made an accident to play football. From then pain started.I took so many treatment but yet not cure fully.Few months back my left thy joint feeling some pain and also I feel pain to pull my left leg up wards and if I seat for long time or if I stand for long time I feel pain.Please let me know what to do? waiting for your reply.

Yes, it does sound like sciatica (one of my many problems). But I'm not doctor, so get it checked out. There's also some streching exercises that help. Google sciatic exercise and you should be able to find them.

Sounds like you have sciatica. It's the same issue I have been dealing with for a few years. Have you had a mri recently? If not, I would recommend getting in to see a neurosurgeon and get things checked out again. You may have a herniated disc hitting your sciatic nerve. That would be the first step to take. Once they find the problem there are options to try such as physical therapy or epidural steroid shots before surgery. Get a mri and see what the problems is.
