Good Morning All,
I wanted to post today to ask that you all stop for 1 minute and remember all our fallen heros. We take our freedom for granted sometimes but without the sacrifice of our men and women in the armed services over the last 200 years we would be living in a much different world.

What have you decided to do about your back issues? Surgery?? PT??? I saw your post to Mariyah and myself about a week ago...so sorry I didn't post back, it was already on page 3 by the time I saw it. I hope all is well with you...haven't heard a thing from Mariyah...hope she is ok! Think of you guys a lot....we all have the back issue in common!
