so my husband just got a mesage from a guy that would get us norco's sometimes asking if he wanted any and you know what my husband said??? NO we don't take them anymore :)

I'm so happy! I am so proud! I told him I was happy he was so strong because I didn't knwo what I would do. and then he said what would be the point?? get some and then what? run out and go through withdrawals again? he said no way it's not worth it. we're doing this. we're doing this together :)

Ditto to what Mommy said ----- Bravo for both of you -- - especially your very smart and wise husband ----- He is SOOOO right --- the question is  "Then What??"  That is the big reason I am not even tempted or crave another pill -- The memory of those horrible W/D's are there in my mind and the thought of having to go through that again is enough to deter anyone.   I will always remember what one of our members said ------ "One pill is too many and a thousand is never enough."   Hey congratulations again and All the best.  Happy Thanksgiving.

Thank you all so much. It was so hard. I almost wanted to say call him back!! tellm him I want some!! LOL, but I knew that wasn't what was right and i knew that was why the call went to him because he is the stronger one right now and he had the strenght to say no.

thanks again everyone I'm going to show him this post and I think it will make him feel very good because I think I've been wearing on him a bit because I'm not as strong. 10 days clean though!
