It's been pretty bad up and down today!  Crying one moment, singing the next!!!  As you can probably tell, I am up now.  I need to find "BALANCE!".  Anywho!  I went for a 5 mile walk/run 1 mile run.  Didn't want to push the running too much!  I was listening to my man Bruce Springsteen's newest album and wow!  Him and this guy sang, When The Saints Come Marching In.  Bruce had a story in the beginning and when him and this guys sang this, it wasn't as corny as the original.  Not that it's that corny.  But, I looked up at the sky at this turkey buzzard soaring in the sky, free and free of drugs.  Enjoying the sun and the comfortable temperature.  It was so awesome.  He's fine, so I am fine.  That's the way I get through this!   I was crying again, because I couldn't find the miracle whip!  LOL!  Oh, my lord!  It's funny!  Got to laugh!  I took a bath with herbal oil, bubble bath and yes a little epsom salt, but I think I balance the salt with the oil.  Let's hope I don't get itchy.  I started to sing in my head, then out my mouth, "This Little Light, I'm Gonna Let It Shine!", and oh my lord, how much better I felt!  I walked into my bedroom and was singing it and I just lit a candle before I went to take a bath and forgot. I don't know if this sounds crazy, but I look at stuff like that and think wow!  I haven't lit that candle in few days!  Singing positive stuff really helps and also to be thankful!

I don't care if you think I am crazy, crazy is gonna get me through today!  I can work on crazy later!  LOL!

Sounds like the worst of it is long gone.  Just know that in staying clean you are an inspiration, hell even a martyr, to addicts who want to get clean.  I'm on my 2nd day of quitting cold turkey from 120-200mg hydro a day for 2 weeks preceded by 20-40mg a day for a couple of months and as you've demonstrated there is always hope and people can overcome the greatest of challenges if they put their minds to it!  Congrats!
