Matine, will you still be able to write a taper for me?...or other advice

earlier you said you might be able to help me with a taper. I think I might just try to go C/T this weekend. I have 4 days off from work and ambien to help me sleep. Any advice?

Thank you matine. I have been 24 hours tonight without taking anything. Yesterday I took 12 pills at different points thru out the day. I am having awful leg aches, totally lost my appetite, and am experience this freaky hot skin like a flame torch is next to me and I'm sweaty, yet I'm still cold. If I am strong enough not to open that bottle (even if I am having leg. pain in my back) tonight and tomorrow, I'll be able to do this. Thank you for your help. What else will I be likely to experience? When will the symptoms peak? If I cave tonight and take a dose, I will begin the taper that you have suggested. but for right now, I really want someone to tell me I'm not going crazy and i'm not really having a heart attack. When will I feel less shitty.
