I second the EmergenC and plant of water to fight it off before it hits you. Echinacea is a good pre illness herb as well. It avmctivates your white blood cells like an illness does. You can take it when around sick people.

Hi Brandi. I don't take any of that junk. I tell you what I do like,is Emer C 1000. It's sold in a box & you mix a pack with water or juice. I travel alot & love the stuff.    Pamela

I would say the night time stuff makes me loopy. They alter my mood for sure, so I avoid them. Large amounts of anything are bad for the liver and detox, so I think taking as prescribed is a good idea too, maybe less if possible.
