Melatonin did help, Day 6!

I took 15mg of melatonin and got about 4 hours of sleep. And then woke up and took 10 more and slept another 6. I'm on day 6 and starting to feel a lot better. My anxiety is very low.

Thanks so much! Yes I have an addiction therapist that's been helping me. Unfortunately I've been down this road once before but am much better this time around.

Hurray for sleep!!!!   It will help the anxiety for sure once you are sleeping!!!  Congrats on Day 6!  That is awesome and you are doing such a great job!!!!  It will just get better and better...though you may have some lingering symptoms.  I was nauseous most days until about day 28 and still sneeze all the time!  But the days should be getting better for you!!  Do you have any aftercare planned yet?  Thats going to be really important in the days ahead once you start feeling better!!!  So happy you got to sleep!!!!  :)
