Messed up my Taper!!! UGH!

I can't believe this ****!!!! I was doing so well, and feeling better good, until about an hour ago.. You know the normal w/d's.. But I got up to check on my puppy Buster"T", make sure he was chewing his bone and not my bed..lol.. and got real dizzy! I never had that before! Is that normal?? or could something eles be going on.. So I got alittle scared, and took a pill!! I should never had done that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I know it is going to make thing harder. and I just spiked my blood levels... Why God Why?? I am concerned about the the dizzy things though! Anyone had that. never saw a post that said anything about being dizzy.

I used to get dizzy at times too during w/d. Not sure if I got up too fast or what. I wonder if it has something to do with blood pressure. That taper stuff didn't work for me. I'm just too weak.

        Thanks for the post.. I have never had high blood presure. I know tapering and w/d's can cause that.. I do take a little xanax. Not much.. 1/2 of .5mgs. About 2 x times aday..
Helps with the racing heart.. I get panic attacks.. So I am tring to be careful not to triger one. thats why the xanax. it also helps me sleep at night. Or in the day if I need to...

  Sorry the taper did not work for you. Did you go CT, or some other road??

Tapering only made my w/d's worse and more prolonged ct was the only way for me, but there are plenty of succesful people who tapered.  I got real light headed and weak sometimes too, I always made sure I had something on my stomache after it happened and it usually helped by giving me some energy.

Hi.  Try not to get too down on yourself.  You only took one pill over and above your taper.  Just try to get back to it.  

Regarding dizzy - I used to get dizzy while on percs and my first day of w/d I thought I was dizzy!  But I chalked it up to the w/ds.

I'm praying that you don't beat youself up too bad over this.  We can't bull sh*t ourselves, but we do need to be forgiving.
