Methadone relapse PLEASE HELP

I jumped off methadone at 7 mg 10 days ago. The only symptoms I had left were insomnia and restless legs. I couldn't take it anymore and had maybe 3 mg of methadone. What's going to happen? I'm exhausted I can't sleep. I chase a toddler all day. PLEASE someone help.

HI Meagg.. You need to get rid of any Methadone you have around for just in case. 3mg will not set you back to far as Methadone wd is so freaking long.. How long were you on it? Can you get some help in with your young one? You just need to let some things go like cleaning and what not. This is a time for you to lay down and just rest when your young one does Make easy meals sandwiches even. I know it is hard as I'm on the tail end you just have to stay focused on Why you are going thru this I feel so much clearer so much more myself. It is worth it it really is You can do this Meagg You just have to hang in there Pamper yourself as much as you can. Sleep is a illusion with this drug so rest when you can. You got this Keep that Positive attitude you had when you started this ok. lesa
