Methadone withdrawals,

what are the symptoms of methadone withdrawals? Do they include hallucinations? Hearing voices? Restless legs and arms I get, but what about the other? Help my son is really suffering!

Yes...there can be hallucinations, especially if he stoped at a high dose.  Are you sure he didn't take anything else?   He needs to get checked by a doctor I think...is he breathing okay? Fast pulse? Answering questions appropriately?

I agree with Vicki to much of this drug can also cause the halusnations and talking off the wall
if in question get him to an E/R methadone overdoses are at an all time high as fare as symptoms go the restless arms and legs are normal they make some stuff called highlands restful legs that will help you can get it at walmart in the herbal vitamin dept....right now a hot soak will help the most it will settle down the arms and legs and also give you a chance to relax him find out what dose in mg he jumped off at it is cruel if it is over 10mg this is not a drug to mess with the withdrawals are long and hard if he jumped at a high dose he could be looking at 2 weeks of what your seeing now force the fluids down him dehydration is a common problem at least a shotglass of gatoraid every 15 min find out as much as you can and get back to us......Gnarly
