As the father of 8, 5 daughters and 3 sons) I can identify with how demanding they can be.  Just take a deep breath and count to 10 about a thousand times.  You are only human and need time to yourself as well.  Even though kids don't seem to think that is true, in order to stay healthy, you just have to do it.  Make sure they are in a safe surroundings and try to find some "alone" time.  It's hard, but very necessary.  One of my biggest triggers is stress. Kids and stress are sometimes interchangeable words.  Keep focused and lean on your Higher Power!! God Bless, Dad

geez...my hat is off to you...i thought i had it bad with 4 boys...hehe.

about the stress thing.   i decided with the birth of my fourth child...that my life was quickly spiraling out of control and something had to change.  so i sat back one day and thought about what i could do to change that.  i thought about my priorities and how to reduce my stress level.  i soon realized that i didn't have to be perfect.  what did it matter if my house wasn't "spotless" every minute of the day...what did it matter if we had hotdogs for dinner one night instead of that huge meal that took so long to cook.  did i HAVE to put on makeup every morning?   my kids didnt care...hehe.  i finally figured out that in order to reduce MY stress level that i had to give up some things in order to gain something...my sanity.

again let me say that my hat is off to you sir...

huggs,
kim
