get out of your head. you're doing great. 20 hours!!! way to go! Keep doing what you're doing...as you have seen, the cravings pass...if you don't feed the monster, it will fade away....
ahhh...that stupid head...just get past it...next thing you know, your head is telling you something different...like fighting.

Don't give in to the head! I remember these games from quitting smoking. They are there and the mind will give you all kinds of reasons and excuses that it is OK to have just one! But don't listen to it! It's just your body that have corrupted your mind to do this to you! "Don't give in to the dark side..."
Hiya Jay, congrats on 20 hours!!! Well Done. 20 hours is a big step. Those mind games are the pits, I haven't quite conquered them but I have found watching movies does help. It has to be a good movie though as my attention span was not great during withdrawals. Find anything you can to keep your mind occupied, maybe things you enjoy. Playing games online? Movies? XBox? etc. Good Luck, you are in my prayers :)
