Mini Panic

by Beargizmo, Sep 30, 2007 11:42AM

I have to go out and run some errands with my wife and for some reason I'm in a mini panic attack.  It's been 3 weeks since my last vic,  and I just took a klonipin
which is calming me down...but I'm in that mode where I don't want to leave the house and my wife has a nasty migraine and I have to take her to urgent care and then she has a bazillion errands she wants to run all over tarnation.

Hopefully the klonipin will calm me down a bit.

Hopefully, helping out your wife will take your mind off of your problems a bit, try to focus on her today, and I hope it helps.

The klonopin should help and probably is by now.

Maybe go to urgent care first and then they will give her something to help her migraine.   Perhaps then she will want to go home and rest instead of running errands or will be up to running them herself.

hang in there

Thanks, folks..once we got out of th house I was fine..got to urgent care and they gave her a shot of demerol and she was much better...she always gets a shot of energy (note, this is the first migraine she's had that required demerol in about a year)...we managed to get our errands done but it made for a long day.  I took good care of her :-)
