Mitral Valve Prolapse and Marijuana

I have Mitral Valve Prolapse and was wondering if smoking maijuana would have a negative effect on this condition? Obviously it's probably not the best idea, but that's why I came to this site. To get an idea of what the risks are. Thank you.
