More than asian flush?

I am a 30 year old female, half asian and have asian flush. What I am wondering though is the degree of allergy someone can have. For example, I am starting to react to any product that has an alcohol based preservative in it. I can't do the yellow dye eye test (because the yellow dye has chlorobutynol(sp?), I can't use any eye cream, I can't use any lotions.
Can all of this be related?
Where can someone like me go to start finding products that will work for me?
