I have caught the flu twice since clean/cold mess then tummy mess...I think our immune systems are down for a while...we will get there tho...lots are sick in this area tho...not just me...so that makes me feel better and I kicked this one pretty quick/this flu...hang in there
You got it! Yeah his name is Rusty. Thanks I am taking cold meds and drinking lots of water and trying to rest here and there so hopefully I will get over this soon. Thanks again
I think the sweating is from the cold. I have had the flu these last few days and I also wake up in the middle of the night soaking wet.
By the way you have one good looking cat. They say most red cats are male so I will assume he is a boy--correct me if I'm wrong.
Dove
You are all doing great. I have kept up with each of you that are on day 6, 7....you are all very strong and determined...that is what it takes.
Check out my journal please. This is the first time that I have ever found anything in the world to cause wd symptoms to stop...it improves your feelings physically, mentally and emotionally...best part is that it is natural. It is simply replenishing your bodies vitamin supply. A vitamin deficiency is the main culprit of the pain associated with wd....stay on top of that, would you ease through without severe wd? That is the theory we are testing...please wish us luck as our last dose of methadone is tomorrow.
Best of luck, keep posting .... this place is amazing.
oops my bad , it wasnt you that hurt your arm!! im still sssssleeeepyyy~~
just saw your other post, it says day 6 ... time flies when your having fun!! LMAO much love...
i read on here once that if you walk 10 miles into the forest , you have to walk t 10 miles out!! a very true statement. be patient, all goood things will follow. you are soo very close, and i know you are gonna do this and so am i. maybe some gatorade? it will replace electrolytes and keep ya hydrated. i have to work today, so i gots ta go, but you will be in my thoughts, hold that baby close, and take it easy on that arm .. much love see ya tonite!!
Yeah I hope so sweat all this s*** out I wonder how long it stays in your system. I guess when it is all out is when your physical pain starts to subside? Don't know but I'm ready to rid all of it!
I think we are making it, I think I have gotten threw most of the physical WD. The mental challenges are starting effect me, I still have no energy a little achey on occasion and still having so sleep troubles once in a while. I am taking liquid vits. too, and trying to drink alot of fluids to flush everything out wish I new how long it stays in your system. Best of luck to you and stay here and keep us posted!
i think the sweating is your bodies way of cleansing out the toxins in your body. at least that is wut happens to me after long binges!! btw- im sooo proud of you,as im sure ur hubby is. best of luck n keep that chin up. much love....
I'm on day 7 too! Feeling much better every day now...actually yesterday was the first day I had any energy at all. I still have no appetite, kind of achy and some runs! I'm taking just tylenol for the aches, liquid vitamins, trying to eat something for energy and getting lots of rest.
It seems like we might be over the worst of it...do you think so too?
Oh goodness well I hope you are ok and get to the chiropractor! Yes we are doing good and congrats to use aswell!! Hope you have a great day at work.
Hey sorry, I don't have internet access at home, so I can only communicate at work or at my parents. I am doing good, until I slipped and feel this morning. I threw my right shoulder into muscle spasms. I took 600 mg of Advil and put on a heat pack. Later I will go to the chiropractor. Congrats Miss! We are doing good!
