For all who are following the diary, I will now finish it as a journal, then post as a topic once I feel FREE fron drug hell, thanks from my heart to all of you, what a bunch of people, I wish you all so much well being and pain/drug free lives, you can all do it, just hang in there, I am so glad I found this forum. the help and encouragment has been remarable.

Where can I read your diary? How long you been clean? I wish I had written a diary or journal during this past year. When I read certain post it brings back memories that I had forgotten. A diary/journal is a great idea
