You are coming off of one of the worse drugs known to come off of...so called experts say it cannot be done...I personally do NOT feel your doctor did you any favors by putting you on Methadone, but who am I. I have heard stories about one being harder than the other, who really knows unless you've gone cold turkey off of each, and in different combinations. That, to me, sounds like a lifetime of torture. NO THANK YOU!!!
So, basically a little white pill has brought the big boy down, right? Your physical strength has nothing to do with it. I know that is embedded in your brain from your training, but just hang that up for now. You need to be mentally strong for this part. That's the tough part for everyone. See, we all have lives, children, husbands, homes to clean, jobs to go to and support all the other things. And sometimes relying on other people to support you means they will eventually let you down somewhere along the line, they may be busy, have other things that need to get done, not that they do it intentionally, still it happens. But, not on here...There are so many of us, if one falls off, another will pick up the slack. We got you totally covered here, no matter what hour it is, there is always someone available.
You are as mentally strong as you are physically strong, cause what you have attained with you body, you had to start with your mind first. Remember when the little guy first picked up the weights? That was ALL MENTAL. Once you reached your current bulk, maybe you switched things to the physical sense. Time to exercise your brain again, get the mental juices flowing. You are strong enough to beat this, you can beat anything. You HAVE TO WANT IT.
I will be here for you on and off over this day and after work on Monday.

tnight to only 120mg of methadone per day. I used to pick up my meth weekly from the pharmacist but since I tended to use it all in one go I now have to pick it up daily. It's just so hard to stick to a taper when all your waking hours are spent wishing you had more drugs so you could get high and block out all the emotional pain. As you can imagine oneway I'm no strainger to anabolics, GH, IGF1, insulin etc I still use about 1000mg of Sustanon a week cos old habbits die hard. I would be forever in your debt if you could send me that taper you mentioned. May god bless you all for you support and kindness. Thank you all so much. Graeme

Amazing how life can turn on a dime. Arnie is our govenator, cant believe the big lug ever was champion of anything LOL. Everyone follows him around like he is some kind of super hero, kinda makes me sick!
Admire you for wanting to make a change, and coming clean with your doc, that took some serious guts. Pullin for ya man.
Know that you can do it, and work it like when you were tryin to add more weight. Remember the thoughts you had, and how focused you were when you wanted to be able to press 500lbs? Use that same determination, and you can beat anything down!!
