My first great day

Today was my first GREAT day  ... I was in a good mood all day felt great ,did not over eat ...My energy level was normal .I had a nice walk , just altogether great day ...SO they DO happen after you stop using ....... all of my best

I have been to Columbia.  I love the Mellow Mushroom there.  Been to a few concerts in the park downtown too.  We always hit the Library with the little one when we are there.
I am in Greenville.  I bet it was even pretty in Columbia than it was here.
