Narco Withdrawal-Day 5

Hello
My name is JC
I am 5 days clean from Narco(10mgx4 day)
Is it possible for me to still be having aches, and pains?
I am still having pain in my legs, and feet(including the bottoms of my feet and toe's)

I have been through A couple of CT withdrawals before, and I have never had my feet burn, and hurt before. Is it
possible for withdrawals to effect the feet like that?

I also still have reoccurring anxiety. It seems that I am getting heart palp's when in bed only when I lay on my left side. This scares me in to thinking that I might be having some heart problem's as the palp's started right at the end of my drug use(maybe a week).
TRhanks

Hey congratulations on day 5 !!!
We have a lady on the forum who is going through an extremely tough time with her feet feeling like there burning as well : )
So, i agree its quite normal.
I had heart palp for months, but they dissappeared now, from extreme anxiety.
Hang in there, your doing great : )

Uhhh, yep!  The issues you describe totally sound like you still have some w/d issues going on to me.  It takes a little while so just hold tight b/c you sound like your almost out on the other side.

Everything you are describing is normal for withdrawal. Remember, each time you detox it gets worse. It is hard on the body (and mind). If the palp's continue see your doctor. In the meantime, since this is not your first rodeo, what do you plan on doing this go round to STAY clean?
