Nearing day12 and a new person!

Good morning/afternoon all!  I am currently 7 hours away from starting day 12 and I woke up a new man this morning! It seemed like it just hit me, boom happy again!  So far this has been my best day in a really long time!  I owe you all a ton because my progress would not have made it without the support!  I can honestly say I don't ever want a pill again!  I still have no idea why I relapsed once ANd went through that he'll twice!  I guess just to make sure it *****...lol!  Thanks again and I'll be on and off all day.  Go Penguins!!!!!

That relapse was a valuable lesson for you.It just shows a person how easy it is to relapse and how important it is to never give in.I learned that when I gave up smoking and relapsed at least 3 times. That was 28 years ago and I am now not interested in any at all.I also gave up codeine over 4 months ago but i do have a substitute and that is extrastrength tylenol, but I don't feel bad about taking them.
Keep up the good work and congrats on day12.
