Need Help..I'm A Compulsive Eater!!!!

by CamilleMichelle, Apr 15, 2007 12:00AM
I need someone to talk to who relates with my problem because I have an unusual infatuation with my weight and food and I go through stages where I starve and then completely gorge. And it is killing me inside. It's like someone else is controlling me and making me eat and I cannot stop it! I need advice! I need help!!! Please.

Reading your topic sounds like I could of wrote that. Compulsive Eating is the worst. I know EXACTLY how you feel. I am obsessed with my weight. food and my weight is always on my mind. I've gone to one Overeaters anonymous meeting and I plan on going more. There are times where I am 100 percent strong and doing great on my diet and then something clicks in my head and I eat. I MEAN EVERYTHING. I will eat till it hurts to breath walk or sit. I will be so mad at  mysel because I am so full, but also mad because I had to stop eating because I am so full. I HATE having this disorder. I really want to talk to as many people as possible. So I totally know how you feel. I feel like a freak for having my mind only on my weight and food.
