Hi there and welcome to the forum!  Also congrats on getting off the pills!!

In addition to the Epsom salt baths (which REALLY help put magnesium back into your body) and the magnesium oil....you can try eating some foods high in potassium (like bananas, avocados, tomatoes, cantaloupe).

Another thing that may help is wrapping a hot pad around your feet or getting towels hot in the dryer and wrapping up your feet with them.

Let us know how you're doing...we're here to help~

Epson salts are great and yes it is normal.  I always stretched my legs and feet a lot during the day and especially at night.  You are doing great and congratulations.  Welcome to Medhelp :)
