Yeah stay on track I can't stress enough how worth it it is to stay clean. It's been awhile for me and I get random "high off life" feelings. Just randomly. Better than any drugs;) keep us posted! Your doing awesome. The withdrawals do pass!

It didn't make me drowsy but, when it was time to sleep I was able to get a couple hours of decent sleep. During the day I was ok I just had to stay busy.

I used Immodium and had great results. I used over the recommend dose once a day and was amazed at how much of my withdrawal symptoms were alleviated and not just stomach problems. I didn't feel 100% but, I was able to function, eat, and sleep. I still had the chills and felt blah but, I could function. I couldn't believe how much it helped especially since I was kicking heroin. On the other hand it didn't really help my brother but, me personally it was a godsend and I'm positive for myself it wasn't a placebo.

Yes-I would caution with the Immodium because your body is trying to get rid of the poison of the pills-and you need to let it.  Take it sparingly on the worst days (2-4 usually) and stay hydrated.  Water, vitamin water, gatorade-just keep forcing it down in small sips.  Eat as soon as you can (carbs, bananas)  If you need anything else we're here....Lu

I agree. For me it seemed to help more than just tummy troubles. But I stopped as soon as tummy troubles were gone. Just be very careful with it as it can cause extreme internal problems if taken too much or for too long. I only took recommended dosage. Hang in there. It gets easier. :)

Hi Bella, Glad that you want off these pills.I was in withdrawal for a couple of days and I took imodium and I experienced alot of relief from my withdrawal symptoms.I didn't take it like that very many more times though as I really felt as if it was almost getting me high the first time I did it.I have heard some say it helps and some say it does not but I am not a placebo type of person and I think it helped me some.Try it and see .You'll need it anyway for the obvious reasons.Good luck to you and keep posting and let us know how you are.
