How are you feeling today?
This is clearly withdrawal. It can last up to a week I think. Stick to it. This might be the hardest part about getting sober... the withdrawals. Yes they can effect you mentally and physically. Please stay strong.
Idk what a doctor will do 4 ya. Plus they might judge u n make it so u can never get meds again if u need them in the future.
I'd say go it alone at home just keep going. Keep ur head above the waves of discomfort n panick. I'm gonna be doing the same tomorrow :(
Go see your Dr. He will help. You don't have to suffer. Withdrawal is nasty.

Hi, Niickk. Day 3 is the WORST. You are right in the thick of it, my friend. Try not to panic. There is someone on here that always says:" withdrawl is 2/3 mental, 1/3 physical." Your brain is essentially going haywire because it wants it's "medicine." Crazy thoughts, mania, crying plus severe back and leg aches are totally normal. So is sneezing, coughing, shaking, sweating, insomnia and extreme lethargy. Look up the Thomas recipe. Take immodium and advil. Sit, or live in a VERY hot bath. Drink H20 and try and eat a bit even if you're aren't hungry. This will pass, that's a promise. Stay close to the site, more peeps will be on here for support:)
