It was a brave first step to post your question. Please keep in touch and send more info because it will help people give you the help you need. I know percocet and xannax. Both can be withdrawn from but xannax in particular must be tapered and is the harder although different WD. Again we really need to know how much you have been taking and for how long. Also is there alcohol involved as well?

Withdrawal on your own is what most of us do here. People will give you lots of guidance. It is extremely important to stop using. I know from experience that it just will make everything worse.

Were your pills prescribed for a reason? Pain? Anxiety? Insomnia? Also important information.

Please just add to this post on the "Post Comment" space at the bottom of this comment.

Good Luck. You can do this!

Hi and welcome to the forum!
I don't know anything about percs but I sure can help you with the xanax. I tapered off oxazepam which is a short acting benzo like xanax.
As asked above, tell us a lil more bout his dosage and for how long he's taking it.
xoxoxo. sophie.
