Neede advise please!!

Hi everyone,
Well I have been horrible lately I'm so tired I can barely open my eyes is just so bad no energy no nothing I just sit here at work and have just rest my head in the desk cause I'm so tired.
Tell me if what I'm taking is making me feel this way please:
8:00am 2mg of sub
3:00pm 1mg of sub
8:00pm 10mg lexapro
900mg of trileptal (mood stabilizer/seizure med in my case I was put on it for mood 3 months ago)
9:00pm 2 tylenol pms

I called my psych. to see if I can stopped the trileptal and he said I have to taper I think that is the one that is making me feel like this but not sure, I read about the amino acid protoccol and I can't take most of the stuff because I'm taking lexapro so WHAT DO I DO!
I only have 3 more days left of lexapro I have to see the doctor before another refill and also for the trileptal so I don't know if I should just stop the trileptal just like that?
Any of you have any advise on what to do or what am I doing so wrong I DON'T HAVE ANY ENERGY!
I live of cofee and rock starts
Help please

did you get my comment?  If not I'm new to the site and did it incorrectly.  After 2 years of trying to work with lexapro then triliptol I finally feal great.  I have been taken off the lexapro and am solely on triliptol.  150 mg a.m. and 300 p.m.  Nothing else.  If I feel edgy or want a really deep sleep I take calcium/magnesium combo 15 min. before I go to bed.  It kicks in like a warm bath.  I hope you start to feel better.  I know the frustration but take it slow and please don't drop add to quickly.  That's what I did for so long.  Remember less is more.

I have been on 10 mg of lexapro for 1 year then dr. upped it to 20 mg. in the meantime I began 300 mg of triliptal.  Back in November I had a jittery breakdown.  It turned out I was on a seratonin overload.  I am off the lexapro and am still on triliptol.  150 mg in the a.m. and 300 mg in the evening.  I feel so much better.  I don't take anything for sleep.  If I want to have a good deep sleep I take calcium/magnesium combo.  It works within 15 min. of putting my head down.  I hope you feel better.  Maybe you should cut out the tynelol pm  and before giving up on triliptol (it does a great job with mood) see if you still need lexapro.  I have recently been diagnosed with Bipolar 2 a mild case.  I have felt better in the last 60 days since stopping my lexapro.  I hope you find a solution.  Take it slow so you don't miss any combination that might be right for you.  Remember less is more I found out the hard way.

Oh, I'm so sorry. You sound like you are in such a rough place. Hopefully your doctor can help. Do the Tylenol's help you sleep? Some of this may be beacuse you're not getting restful sleep. Also the thing with the Lexapro can go both ways. It can make you drowsy or wide awake. I had to take it in the morning.

I really hope things get better for you.
