Needles and pins - overdose?

Could 'needles and pins' in your hands also indicate an cocaine overdose?  Or was I suppose to be dead by then?  I read a lot about the symptoms of overdose and even just causal effects of cocaine, but I haven't seen needles and pins anyware yet. From another quitter - or shall I say 'go NOT getter' :-)
