The butterflies are normal and are a good sign. Just go with it,stop thinking about all of this, and keep your mind on better things. So much of this is mental. You'll be fine. But,you need to calm down. Seriously.

I feel for you - I really do.  Please try to calm down and breathe - did you try the breathing exercises I gave you (breathe in for 5 seconds, breathe out for 10 seconds and repeat 5 times).  The breathing exercise will help to calm down your central nervous system.  It really helps so please try.   You may need to repeat this quite a bit for now but that's okay - it really works.

And the supplements we recommended help enormously.  Don't let your mind overtake what you're doing right now.  Remind yourself it's only the DRUG talking.  It's going to mess with your head for a bit, but if you keep telling yourself it's from the drugs, you can ride it out.  You really can.

Please let us know what things you've tried and I'm sure others can offer their great advice too.  Hang in there - you're letting your thoughts take over.  Please breathe and remember it's all part of withdrawal!!  You may not think you're getting better right now, but believe it or not, you are.  You're body is now ridding itself of all the toxins and that's a good thing.  The suffering simply can not be avoided it has to be endured for you to make it to the other side.  Hang tough and please again let us know what's suggestions you've tried so far.  You can do this - in fact, you ARE doing it.

hey, yes this is so normal and it will end eventually. your body is so out of wack right now because it doesnt have the opiates so it causes lots of discomforts in so many different ways. it usually takes a good month to start getting your brain back to somewhat normal. just continue to do what you have been doing and it will get better. i wish you the best and stay in touch on here there are lots of good people to help you..
