No energy

hey guys.. I wanted to make sure that I was correct regarding vitamins and minerals- ENERGY vitamins, that is.. :D
What types of vitamins are good for energy? I know Vit.B12 is, but not sure if it's the best..
I have hardly any energy- of course being up for a few hours (4-4:30am to Lord only knows when) could have alot to do with that!

Thanks guys!

Have you heard of Spirulina? It is a green superfood, and boy does it give you a natural burst of energy. I take it in powder form with grape jusce, but some can't tolerate it like that. It is also available in pill for. Please check it out. It's good Sh*t

There are lost....all the amino acids like L-tyrosine at the top...EmergenC powdered vitamin c is another, of course all your Bs and a multi with iron..there are other supplements out there that have helped me tremendously....of course steer clear of amphetamines!  There are natural/safe mood enhancers available if you do some research
