No self control

by christine2222, Jul 12, 2008 11:56AM
Been tapering & I find its been easier to go longer & longer times in between doses. Every time I take some it just too tempting to take more. I find if I tell myself I can't have any until a certain time I do better. Has anyone tried this with sucess?

I tapered with success. It can be done but it takes self control for sure! It is tempting but you just have to keep on trucking. Can you give them to someone to hold that is trustworthy if you feel like you can't do it?

Keep up the good work!

yes, i tappered before i quit. the first rule i made was to not take it more than twice a day.some days will be better than others and you can even get away with once a day. when you drop your dosage down and stay at it for like a week, your body seems to adjust to it and be comfortable. then you drop it again. and keep it up until you are down to like nothing.
tappering is like a daily marathon each day going as long as you can stand before taking each dose. the longer the better.
you can do this. just DON'T ever up your dose.
