Welcome to the forum.. I would also taper the some.. if taken on a regularly for a length of time when stopped suddenly you may experience muscles spasms memory difficulty confusion soma attaches to the central nervous system.. there is a lot of controversy between Dr. right now I have had some say taper and others just stop.. I stopped after 12 years of use along with my norco ct. It was different then just a opiate wd I have a lil journaled but I recall writing I felt like my brain was a bad experiment gone wrong while my body was doing the jig I experienced a great deal of confusion.. just wanted to share always good to be safe.. it is doable and the first step is making as plan as IBKleen said.. if seeing a Dr. for these I would suggest speaking with him/her also..
