Norco and Tussionex (best ways to withdraw)

Norco and Tussionex (best ways to withdraw)

I was clean for five years and then had gallbladder attacks and finally had it removed.  Used vicodin ES once in a while which turned into everyday.  Then began having back problems and started norco 10. I have worked up to 20 a day. They want to put a spine chord stimulator in my back. I am overweight and have been working on a treadmill everyday and feel somewhat better.THEN on top of those 20, I was diagnosed with pneumonia and have been drinking 2oz. of Tussionex.  I have the bad addict thinking the if it's good then more is better.  My life was so wonderful during the five years clean.  I want it back. I guess my question is (IS THERE AN EASIER SOFTER WAY!)  I would like to do this at home with the support of my husband and friends. My thinking is wrong and I fight, call the doc, no don't call.   Congratulations to the ones with 1day to 60days clean. I know it can be done.
Thank you and I hope I am doing this right
