Hey all,
I just wanted to say that I found this site earlier today and it has made a world of difference. I am on day 2 of a detox off around 15-20 10/325's a day. I am MISERABLE and all I can think about right now is saying screw it and counting down the days till I can refill my prescription. I can't sleep, don't want to eat, and definitely dont have any motivation to do anything. I think the worst feeling of all is the cold feeling I have inside(for those detoxing like me, I have found that soaking in the hot tub helps a lot) and the feelings of loneliness and depression. I know I am in the worst stages of it now, but I just wanted to say that your comments on here are inspiration to not go and refill my prescription a.s.a.p. I can refill it on Sunday and I just wanted to let you all know that. Please, help keep me accountable. I am so appreciative of this sight and I hope I can make it to day 3, 4, 5, ect...

Omg im going through the same thing i was on 25 a day for the last 7 weeks i have been trying to taper off soo hard i have 18 left

So i did. I called the pharmacy and told them to stop the refills. This is tough but what funny is that now I am at a point where I dont want to ever take them again simply because I don't want to go through this.Thank you so much for your encouraging words and I will keep updating you all on my progress. I cant believe how many posts I got so quickly. This site is great and you all are amazing. Day 3 and its tough but I think I will see it through!

Yes calling that pharmacy is the best thing you can do. It won't be easy, but if your serious about this, CALL NOW, too tempting with that rx sitting there.

You dont even need to jump back on them and think about tapering. Giz is certainly correct - - the easy part will be over by then. You will be at the end game of detox. But then you need to start working fast on your game plan for the rest of your ife. Without the hydro's. Call the Pharmacy and tell them their services are no longer needed for that script. hi there...you are probably on the worst day right now..you can do it....once you get a week down it get s much easier to face life and live pill free.  i know...i was in your shoes once but this forum saved my butt...felt just like you...hopelessly sad...it s all normal.  forget about that script or go on a taper plan and have a plan an aftercare plan.  wishing you lots of luck and keep posting and reading here..maria

Why even refill sunday? Gizzy it right you will be fine well not fine but the worst will be all over. So u go refill fine then you'll be back on here in 20 days or so saying the same thing. Dont put yourself through that. What are you thinking? Hello you can do this, I know you can. Stop the scrips now. and start a new clean life, you will fell much better. Please just think about it before you go do it. Everyone is great here. good luck!

By the time Sunday comes around your w/d's will be almost gone and the worst over with, you do not want to start this viscious cycle again. Usually day 3 and 4 are the worst, but everyone is different. What is going to stop you from refilling Sunday. Getting clean is easy, staying clean is hard and your gonna have to dig deep and come up with some sort of plan to do this. I sound like a broken record on here somedays but support is so important in recovery and some type of aftercare, without it relapse is so much higher.

Are you taking anything for w/d's, such as sleep aid or anything else? If you look in the top right under health pages you will see the thomas recipe which seems to help make w/d's a bit more bearable. You can do this and we are here to help. If you give in Sunday, your gonna regret it so stick around and get some support here. Good luck
