Is it possible that when you fall asleep because you're drinking you sleep on one side all night?
You should see a doctor and find out what is going on and until then i wouldnt be drinking.........all the best sara
numbness in your arm could be a pinched nerve in your back... it could be anything.... id look online.....
I agree with biker dad. Really in all serousness if it happens again you should go see a Dr.Are you on any meds. Why the 6 month brake ?
maybe bikedad is right..listening to body signals can mean alot sometimes..i am not sure of ur history...were u an alcoholic? either way numbness in the arms is not a normal side effect from a few glasses of wine..i would go to the dr and get that checked//for sure
Sounds like your arm is smarter than you....LOL. Maybe you should listen to your arm and stop drinking.
