Numbness

I'm concerned.  I did not drink for over 6 months.  Lately I have had a few beers or glasses of wine; about two times per month.  The next day, my arm is numb.  I am really concerned and am not sure what the problem is.  I have friends that drink way more and much more often then I ever do but they have not experienced the same symptoms that I am.  Does anyone have any information that might be helpful?

Is it possible that when you fall asleep because you're drinking you sleep on one side all night?

maybe bikedad is right..listening to body signals can mean alot sometimes..i am not sure of ur history...were u an alcoholic?   either way numbness in the arms is not a normal side effect from a few glasses of wine..i would go to the dr and get that checked//for sure

Sounds like your arm is smarter than you....LOL. Maybe you should listen to your arm and stop drinking.
