Congratulations on taking back your life! Your daughter will thank you for it later. Showers help withdrawal symptoms, something about the hot water just makes you feel so much better. I used to spend a lot of time in the bathroom. I would shower until the hot water ran out, wait until the water warmed back up and do it again.

Hi Mary yes I have spondylitis in my lower back but is manageable without meds atm the doctor was very helpful this time and referred me to a drugs addiction worker  for after the withdrawals stop which are slowly going today I'm starting to feel more normal as the day goes on I think I might have some of that gel around the house lol so I'll give it ago  thanks for your reply mary

Just wondering how it went with the doctor?  And was wondering do you have an actual back problem?  If so, ask for lidoderm patches.  They help a lot.  Also there's a prescription gel called Voltaren.  I tend to piece a lot of little things together to help my pain as nothing really helps all of it.  I never abused my meds but was definitely over-medicated for a long time.  I missed so much with my kids because of it.  Keep looking at that baby for your inspiration!!
