OMG I JUST LOOKED AT MY TICKER ITS AT 365 DAY

I want to thank you for the time you spent with me and helped me to get clean and stay clean. You were a very important part of my early recovery along with FLAddict, R2R, Lizzie, GaGuy, Beargizmo, Wait2Long, LisCamDave, 1234BetterLife and a bunch of others I can’t think of right now.

I am proud to be just days behind you and so very proud of you.

CONGRATS!!!  So glad gizzy found the post, i couldn't find it, thanks giz...WOW--Where do i start...First off, i am so happy to have the same clean date as you!! I want to thank you for everything...all the long talks on the phone...All the support though the tough times...But we made it girl, and now we are not going to look back!!!

I ate healthy, took supplements (some I still take ) ,exercised ,posted , started seeing a therapist ,you really do have to take it day by day if you dont it can seem really overwhelming and it doesn't need to be .... Keep your head up you can do it
