I want to thank you for everything...all the long talks on the phone...All the support though the tough times...But we made it girl, and now we are not going to look back!!!

I ate healthy, took supplements (some I still take ) ,exercised ,posted , started seeing a therapist ,you really do have to take it day by day if you dont it can seem really overwhelming and it doesn't need to be .... Keep your head up you can do it
